As part of the registration process, we invite you to schedule a mandatory, complimentary in-person one-on-one class orientation appointment via the Sign up button. You may choose the date and time.

Please complete your required registration in-person at our center at the minimum 3 days before the start of the retreat. We look forward to seeing you!

FAQ

1.What should I wear?

We want you to feel comfortable and ready to embrace your meditation journey.
So, for the Stress Relief Retreat Class, we suggest wearing warm layers, with loose, long pants and socks.

2. What items should I bring?
You’re welcome to bring warm layers of clothing, your own blanket, your water bottle (with a lid to keep things tidy), a pen and notebook to jot down any notes or insights during your meditation journey, and a pair of clean indoors-only shoes.

We’ve got everything else covered to make sure you have a fantastic experience! 😊🧘‍♀️📝

3. Are meals provided?

For the Stress Relief Class, it’s a short and sweet 2.5-hour class. So, a meal will not be provided. You can consume a light meal before the session. We provide microwaves if you plan to bring your own food.

4. How do I get to the class venue?
We are located at 919 Hanson Ct., Milpitas, CA 95035, close to the intersection of 237 and Route 880, between the Dixon Landing Rd. and E Calaveras Blvd. exits off of Route 880 and off the Jacklin Rd. exit off of Route 680.
5.I have experience with other meditations and wondered whether this is a good fit for me?

Our meditation is a compassion-based, guided meditation belonging to the visualization school of meditations. Regardless of your previous experience in meditation, as long as you don’t mix your previous practice with Bodhi Meditation’s, you should expect to learn a unique practice that is very conducive to physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health.
