Bodhi Meditation’s Health & Happiness Retreat is your path to improving physical and mental health, as well as gaining happiness in your life.
No meditation experience is required.

  • Learn meditation systematically:
    The Meditation of Greater Illumination (GI) and The Meditation of Purity are simple methods which spark a quick energy boost, transforming health physically and mentally.

As part of the registration process, we invite you to schedule a mandatory, complimentary in-person one-on-one class orientation appointment. You may choose the date and time.
