7-Day Stress Relief Retreat

Bodhi Meditation’s Stress Relief Retreat is ideal for busy Silicon Valley individuals who want to boost their energy levels, improve their sleep, reduce anxiety, alleviate pain, increase concentration and performance, and calm mental and emotional distraction and worries. Join us for 2.5 hours a day over the course of a week to reduce stress, revitalize your body and mind, and enhance your mental and emotional well-being.

This retreat is a great introductory course for meditation beginners as well as experienced meditators looking to try a guided, visualization meditation that’s compassion-based. You’ll learn various effective meditations to relax and recharge. You’ll also discover how to cultivate a positive mindset, helping you manage your life, relationships, and physical, mental and emotional health more effectively.

What attire should I wear?

We want you to feel comfortable and ready to embrace your meditation journey.

So, for both the Health and Happiness Retreat and Stress Relief Retreat Class, we suggest wearing a cozy cotton T-shirt, comfortable long sports pants, and don’t forget your socks for extra warmth.

We’re here to make sure you’re at ease and ready to dive into the world of meditation! 😊👟🕊️

What are the items I have to bring?

We’re all about making you comfy and prepared!

You’re welcome to bring your water bottle (with a lid to keep things tidy), a pen and notebook to jot down any notes or insights during your meditation journey.

We’ve got everything else covered to make sure you have a fantastic experience! 😊🧘‍♀️📝

Are meals provided?

Great question! For our Health and Happiness Retreat, we’ve got you covered with a hearty lunch to keep you fueled throughout the day.

As for Stress Relief Retreat, its a short and sweet 2.5 hours class, so meal will not be provided. But not to worry, you may have your own food before or after the session!
