For more than a year, I had really wanted to attend this 8-Day Health and Happiness Retreat. It turned out to be a perfect way to pause from a very fast-paced life. These eight days were a time for self-awareness, reflection, gratitude, and repentance—things we rarely have the chance to experience in our busy daily lives.

I learned a lot and truly enjoyed exploring different kinds of meditation. I am definitely going home with a more compassionate heart, a calmer and more serene mind, and a broader perspective on life.

My three key takeaways from this retreat are the power of compassion, the power of letting go, and also the idea that, like AI, our minds need good prompts. It’s all about feeding ourselves good prompts.
