I came here because I was stressed out. I intellectually understood that it does no good to fixate on negative things or things you can’t control, but there was a disconnect between my heart and my mind. So even though I knew this, I still felt everything, and I was having trouble finding healing and coping.

Coming to the Health & Happiness retreat, something about the meditation methods allowed me to bridge that divide. I do find myself more able to accept and let go of the past, and able to accept and cope with the present. I also feel more positive in general and have definitely experienced the emotional benefits.
