On July 19, Bodhi Meditation Silicon Valley was honored to welcome thousands of community members to Cultural Unity in Wellness 2026 at Milpitas City Hall.
As we celebrated the 35th Anniversary of Bodhi Meditation Day, families from diverse cultural backgrounds came together to experience a day filled with wellness, culture, friendship, and community spirit. This celebration reflected our commitment to building healthier, happier, and more connected communities through wellness, compassion, and cultural understanding.
For more than 15 years, Bodhi Meditation Silicon Valley has been dedicated to serving the Bay Area through free and affordable wellness programs, meditation education, and community outreach. This festival was another meaningful step in bringing people together across cultures and generations, creating opportunities to connect, learn, and celebrate the diversity that makes our community so vibrant.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the City of Milpitas for its continued partnership and support. We are also deeply grateful to our cultural organizations and performing groups for sharing their traditions and talents, our local businesses and marketplace vendors for enriching the festival experience, our generous sponsors for making this free community event possible, and our dedicated volunteers whose passion and service brought every detail to life.
The event featured a wide variety of activities, allowing guests to experience different cultural traditions through interactive activities while enjoying health and happiness.
Live International Cultural Performances
Music and dance brought cultures to life, highlighted by special performances by famous groups both local and international.
Tibetan Cultural Exhibition
An exhibition of Tibetan culture that included a photo experience complete with Tibetan attire, a beautiful display of traditional prayer flags, and an interactive prayer wheel for guests to turn away their worries to turn toward a lifetime of peace.
International Food & Cultural Marketplace
Guests enjoyed authentic global flavors, explored cultural exhibits, and discovered handcrafted products from local businesses.
FREE Traditional Costume Photo Experience
Guests stepped into cultures from around the world by trying on traditional attire and creating unforgettable family memories.
Interactive Wellness & Cultural Experiences
Families of all ages explored hands-on cultural activities, wellness experiences, games, crafts, and educational exhibits that encouraged learning, connection, and joyful discovery.
